Version 2026-10-15. By using Rynflow ("the Tool") you ("User"), and the company you work for ("Company"), agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Tool.
Rynflow is a software tool created by Raied Selim ("the Creator") to help special inspectors, technicians and testing agencies record field work. It is provided as a convenience only. It is not an engineering, inspection, testing or legal service, and it is not a plan, code or standards authority.
You and your Company remain solely and fully responsible for all inspections, tests, observations, measurements, conformance decisions, reports, signatures and certifications. Built-in standards, reference values, spec checks, narratives, OCR text and suggestions may be incomplete, outdated or wrong and must be independently verified against the approved plans, specifications, submittals and governing codes before you rely on them.
You are solely responsible for every file, photo, plan sheet, specification and piece of text you upload or enter. You warrant that you have the right to upload it and that doing so complies with every non-disclosure agreement, client contract and law that applies to you. You are solely responsible for marking projects confidential, and for any disclosure caused by you, your devices, your accounts, shared credentials, screenshots, downloads, or exports.
Screenshot text reading (OCR) runs on your device. Optional AI wording polish sends scrubbed report text to a third-party AI provider; it is disabled for confidential projects. Using any AI feature is your choice and your responsibility. The Creator is not liable for any data you choose to process with AI, or for any inaccuracy in AI or OCR output. Always review the output.
The Tool is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", as a beta, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, security, or non-infringement. Data may be lost; keep your own records.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Creator will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including construction defects, structural failure, injury, delay, rework, lost profits, lost data, regulatory penalties, data breaches or NDA claims, arising from or related to the Tool, even if advised of the possibility. If liability cannot be excluded, the Creator's total liability is limited to the amount you paid to use the Tool in the prior 12 months, or US$100, whichever is less.
You and your Company agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Creator from any claim, loss, liability, cost or fee (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use or misuse of the Tool, your data, your inspections or reports, or your breach of these Terms or of any NDA.
Do not share your login, attempt to access another company's data, probe, scrape, automate, reverse engineer or attack the Tool. Accounts may be suspended at any time. Report suspected unauthorized access immediately to your Company administrator.
The Creator may update these Terms; continued use after an update requires re-acceptance. If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
This agreement was prepared as a template and should be reviewed by a licensed attorney before commercial use.
